RETURNS & REFUNDS

At The Tidal Pour, each piece is handcrafted, and natural variations in wood, resin patterns, color, texture, and wave design are part of what makes each piece unique. No two handcrafted pieces will be exactly alike. 

RETURNS

We accept returns of eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except if they arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from approved order.

HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in resin patterns, colors, woodgrain, texture, placement, and finish are expected and not considered defects.

DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when possible.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
