Processing Times

Each Tidal Pour piece is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days after an order is placed.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. The estimated production timeframe for these items will be provided on the product page or communicated when the order is confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available carrier services.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier begin after your order has been shipped.

Large or Oversized Items

Certain larger handcrafted pieces may require special packaging or shipping arrangements. Any additional shipping information or charges will be disclosed before your order is completed.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging when possible.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.

We currently ship within the United States. Additional destinations may be added in the future.
